Agiocochook Fly Fishing & Wilderness Adventures
  Guided  Fly Fishing      Wilderness Adventures

Agiocochook Fly Fishing & Wilderness Adventures offers tailor-made fly fishing experiences as well as wilderness survival and primitive skills courses in New Hampshire's Whie Mountain and Great North Woods regions.

This area of New Hampshire is an anglers paradise. Our local waters are mountain fed, clean and clear and home to brook and rainbow trout, small mouth bass, perch, pickerel, salmon and bullheads.

Fly fishing adventures include tackle, use of rod and reel if needed and the service of a local New Hampshire fishing guide. Or, if you'd like to explore the wilderness in a safe, guided experience, you'll learn the basics: how to build a shelter, start a fire, what to eat, and how to navigate you wary without getting lost through the more than 800,000 acre White Mountain National Forest. Wilderness Adventures are available for small groups only.

Meet Your Guide ...
Jeff (pictured right) enjoys spending time outdoors in every season and combining his passion for the outdoors with his love of teaching. His years of experience fishing our local waters provides him with the knowledge of the best time to fish, the best location to fish and the best fly to use at any given time based on the hatch of the moment. Experience the difference of catching a fish with a fly in a lake or pond versus a mountain river or stream. The experience is different and the fish will be too.

"I started fishing when I was six years old under the tutelage of my uncle, the best outdoorsman I have ever known. One of my earliest and fondest memories is being strapped into a lawn chair, that may or may not have been attaced, to the deck of my uncle's boat fishing in Long Island Sound. There was something in the synchronicity of me and the fish that got into me and is still with me today. For me, fishing is about being connected, not just to the fish, but to the amazing places they live in.

Our modern way of life has disconnected us from our roots. Fishing helps restore this connection. Luckily for us in New Hampshire's north country, fish inhabit some awesome mountain streams, ponds, and lakes.

Come explore these with an Agiocochook Fly Fishing Experience and get re-connected."
